IPHA Self-Regulation
This website has been developed by eConcept Web Solutions Ltd. on behalf of the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association (IPHA) and the MRII for the purpose of member training on the current edition of the IPHA Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry, the Self-Care Advertising Code and the national Medicinal Products (Control of Advertising) Regulations.
The purpose of these courses is to support IPHA and MRII members in adhering to the principles of self-regulation and legislative compliance.
Please note that access to the eLearning courses is provided by IPHA as a general educational aid to assist in the understanding of the Codes and applicable legislation and should not be taken as a comprehensive summary of the Codes and / or the legislation. IPHA shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided as part of the eLearning courses and shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the content of the eLearning courses.
IPHA & MRII Members
Access to this training is provided free of charge to IPHA and MRII members. This is a secure resource and registration must be completed with your company email address. If you do not use a company email address you will be asked to verify that you are an IPHA or MRII member before you will be permitted to proceed with training. Non-IPHA and non-MRII members
Non-IPHA and non-MRII members may also access this training at a cost of €350 per person. Access is for 60 days from the date of issue of login details. Non-IPHA and non-MRII members who wish to register for the training should contact amybrophy@ipha.ie who will provide payment details and registration.
What this site contains
This website contains eLearning courses developed specifically for IPHA and MRII members in Ireland. All courses are accredited by the MRII. Knowledge of the IPHA Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry is a requirement of membership of the Prescription Medicines Division of IPHA and knowledge of the Self-Care Advertising Code is a requirement of membership of the Self-Care Division of IPHA.
